Privacy Policy

TechButler PDX is a trade name of Flipnet LLC. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or hire us for service, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide. When you book an appointment, Calendly collects your name, email, scheduling preferences, and any information you choose to share in the booking form. When you pay a deposit, Stripe processes your payment and collects the information needed to do so (card details, billing address). We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how this site is used — pages visited, country, device type, and referring website. This is handled by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. No personally identifying information is collected for analytics.

Why we collect it

Strictly to deliver the service you've asked for. Contact information so we can reach you about your appointment. Payment information so we can take a deposit. Analytics so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to anyone. We don't send marketing emails. We don't run ad campaigns against your data. We don't have a mailing list.

Who else sees your information

A small number of trusted service providers handle parts of our operation:

• Resend — delivers the email when you submit the contact form
• Calendly — handles appointment scheduling
• Stripe — processes deposit payments
• Mercury — handles business banking
• Cloudflare — provides anonymous site analytics
• Railway — hosts this website

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We've chosen them because they take privacy seriously.

Cookies

This site does not set any analytics or tracking cookies of its own. The Calendly booking embed on the contact page may set cookies in your browser to remember your scheduling state — that's controlled by Calendly, not us, and is disclosed in Calendly's own privacy policy.

How long we keep your information

We retain contact and appointment records for as long as we have an active working relationship with you, plus a reasonable period after (typically up to 7 years) for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. After that, records are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your information (subject to the retention requirements above)

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update this page and revise the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll notify clients we have an active relationship with by email.
